What a sad time. Leaving our home for 8 years and the Boise area that we had lived in for 13 years. Our kids grew up here. Chloe was born here. We love Idaho, and though we couldn't be in Idaho Falls, the home of our childhoods, we were so happy to just be in Idaho.
Some dear sweet friends came over to help me clean. I love these sisters!!
Our ward had a nice little party for us on the Sunday before we left. Funny thing is it rained. But as we left there was a rainbow...just for us.
The moving trucks drove to Idaho on May 28. I stayed with the girls so they could complete the last few days of school. On Joel's birthday May 29, he was busy unloading moving trucks.
The girls and I and Ashlee Smart drove to Washington on June 1. It was a trail of tears all the way.
