Coelton's Welcome Home

The boy is finally coming home...to stay!!!  August 20 finally arrived and we welcomed our Elder Coelton Hammer straight from Puerto Rico!  It had been nearly a year since we saw him last.  The boy had anything but a normal 2 year mission.  He handled all of the challenges and detours like a champ.  (Better than me)  He learned and grew so much and I, for one, am grateful for all he and we went through.  (never thought I would ever say that).
We had just moved into our home a few days prior.  Grandpa Judy, Aunt Heather, Lindsey, Brittany and Chelsea all drove over from Idaho Falls.  Before they got here, Elias, Blake and Austin drove over from Boise and surprised Coelton! I felt bad that Coelton wasn't feeling well.  He had a horrible sore throat and a fever.   They all stayed with us and we had a great time cruising Seattle and riding the ferry.  Joel took the boys to the Nike pro golf tournament in Snoqualmie.  They all had a great time.  The best part was hearing Coelton report his mission at our ward.  He did a great job, and was truly an amazing amazing missionary.
