Skiing 2013

We had a fun season skiing at Bogus this year.  We also went skiing at Pomerelle with the Hammer Christmas Party at Albion. 

I didn't take a lot of pics this year.  I had a good time going up during the day with the women folk.  Monica and Cheryl! 

One day we were up and Caden was already there with friends.  He called us on our phones and told us that he did a back flip!  He told us where he was at and we found him so we could get it on video.  It was very cool.  We filmed him a couple of times.  It was all very safe.  Probably 3 feet of powder for the landing.  We left the boys and skied to the bottom.  On the way back up we noticed ski patrol over where Caden was.  Later when we were getting ready to go home we found Caden and he told us that ski patrol took his ski pass, and Josh's too for doing INVERTED AERIALS.  What the...

We talked to patrol and they said it's against the rules to do inverted aerials- which are back flips.  We had no idea.  They told us Caden had to meet with the head honcho to get his pass back.  He would probably be on probation.

The next weekend we went up and he met with the guy who talked about people who have done back flips and are now quadriplegics.  He told Caden since he was polite and respectful, he would give him his pass back.  He did clip a corner, so if Caden got in trouble again he would have his pass taken permanently.  So we teased Caden for a long time after that.  It was all pretty funny.
