It was so hard to put our home up for sale. We struggled with it for so long! We finally decided that we would try to sell our home. With the poor housing market we thought we would end up renting it. We found a friend of Hailey's who's Dad was a realtor. He agreed to list our home for 1%. We were shocked when we had an offer in such a short time! Our home sold in April. The buyers agreed to let us rent the home back to them until June 1.
We bought our home in the "bubble" in 2005, for $320k. Then the market crashed. Our home value went as low as 275k. We were lucky to be able to sell for what we did.
