Pickin Strawberries and Cousins

We made our way to Jerome again to the Raugust Strawberry Farm to pick strawberries with Shalean and her girls.  It is a 90 minute drive for both of us, so we have made it a tradition.  However, last year we didn't go because the strawberries didn't grow. 
We arrived at 8:30 a.m. and picked until 10:15.  We each had 8 buckets full.  This year went fast because Kayla and Hailey got to pick with us.  You have to be 12 years old to go in the fields. 
We went to Sonic for some lunch and drove to a park to eat and play.   We mostly played on the merry go round...until I wet my pants from running around in circles.

It was Hailey's turn to go to Kayla's house and I got to bring Riley and Sadie home with me and Chloe. 
We made strawberry jam for 2 days!  Coelton and Caden were nice and helped me one day.

Hailey helped make jam too.  She went to Randy's Gym and Ross Park Swimming Pool.  She said she had a lot of fun in Pocatello, and wants to move back.

The girls at our house had a good time together.  They were always playing something.  They have great imaginations.  I took them to the $1 theater to see Furry Vengeance on Wednesday and on Thursday we went to Meridian Pool to swim and then they got tigers blood snow cones.  We enjoyed having them here.
